It is best to reserve your chosen treatment when you book your room. That leaves enough time for personal advice, and we can do our best to accommodate your preferred time.

You are welcome to come to your treatment in your bathrobe and slippers. Both are laid out ready in your room. Your privacy is of course protected throughout the treatment.

Please arrive at the Wolke 7 reception ten minutes before your appointment. Your therapist will meet you there in person.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. For later cancellations, 80 per cent of the treatment price will be charged.

Please let our spa team know about any health complaints or limitations before your treatment. This allows us to tailor your treatment carefully to you.
