A place for guests big and small
At Engel Obertal, families find room for days spent together and for the little pauses in between. Selected areas are deliberately designed with younger guests in mind, so that every generation feels at home with us.

We are happy to warm baby bottles and baby food for you.

On request, we also serve children's dishes in your room, with drinks of your choice.
Splash Hour
Time to splash
Twice a day, the freshwater pool belongs first and foremost to our younger guests. From 10 am to 11 am and from 2 pm to 3 pm, children and teenagers aged 16 and under are free to swim, play and splash about to their heart's content. At all other times, our guests enjoy the pool in a relaxed atmosphere.

Wellness for all the family
Our swimwear area at Wolke 7 makes a family visit to the spa particularly easy. At a pleasant 70 °C, parents, children and teenagers share the sauna in their swimwear. Afterwards, a dedicated relaxation area with a fireplace is the place to warm up and rest.

Plenty of room for family days
Some of our rooms, apartments and suites have separate sleeping areas, which gives the whole family a little more freedom. While the children sleep next door, the evening can go on a while longer for the grown-ups.

The traditional family suite in Haus Röhrsbächle measures 120 m². It has a double bed (200 × 200 cm) and, in a separate bedroom, a single bed (140 × 200 cm), along with a walk-in wardrobe and two bathrooms. One has a shower and bath with a separate WC, the other a shower and WC. The suite is on the third floor and has a south-facing balcony.

A traditional apartment of 60 m² in Haus Hirschauerwald. It has a double bed (200 × 200 cm) and a single bed (90 × 200 cm) in a separate bedroom. The apartment is on the third or fourth floor (the fourth floor is reached by stairs) and has a south- or north-facing balcony. The bathroom has a shower and a separate WC.

Modern Engel Chalet
The modern Engel Chalet in the hotel gardens measures 100 m² over two floors. It has two spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed (180 × 200 cm), a bright living area and two bathrooms, one with a bath and shower, the other with a shower. You also have your own Physiotherm infrared sauna and a private terrace. Real wood floors with underfloor heating and designer furniture complete the chalet.
