Holidays with children

Your stay

• Non-smoking hotel: All rooms are non-smoking
• Arrival and departure: Check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 11 am
• Dress code: To make your stay with us that little bit more special, we would like to draw your attention to our evening dress code, "smart casual".

Getting here & parking

• Parking: A space in the underground car park costs €12 per night. The parking spaces at the hotel are free of charge.
• EV charging points: There are two EV charging points in our outdoor car park. We ask you to use them only for as long as your vehicle is charging. The tariff is agreed between your charging provider and Mennekes Elektrotechnik GmbH & Co. KG.
• Visitor's tax: The visitor's tax charged by the municipality of Baiersbronn is currently €3.30 per person per day. With the Konus guest card, you travel free of charge on public buses and S-Bahn trains throughout the Black Forest.

Wellness

• Wolke 7 on the day of departure: If you would like to use Wolke 7 on the day you leave, you are welcome to do so at a special rate of €25 per person.
• Sauna area: Our sauna area is a swimwear-free quiet zone. For this reason, it is open only to guests aged 16 and over.

Dogs

• Permitted room types: Dogs are allowed in some rooms of the following types: Traditional single room, Traditional queen-size room, Traditional double room, Traditional junior suite, Traditional suite, Chalet.
• Reservation & fee: To reserve a room with your dog, please contact our reservations team. We charge €30 per day (food not included) for the additional cleaning.
• No access: Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, on the garden terrace or in the wellness area.

Cancellation

• Cancellation period: Changes or cancellations lead to losses that we cannot bear alone. We therefore charge 80 per cent of the agreed services if you cancel within 13 to 0 days before arrival. This also applies if you arrive late or leave early.
• Travel cancellation insurance: To spare you unwelcome cancellation costs, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance with Allianz.
